A structured workbook
Learners gain a comprehensive understanding of their emotional state and physical performance. They then use a structured workbook to analyze assessments, set goals, and create detailed development plans.

Personal mastery
The program develops personal mastery and leadership skills, with a focus on key interpersonal abilities, strategies for mental and physical performance, and current industry challenges.

Lasting behavioral change
This program builds on the emotional intelligence sessions and initial assessments, highlighting that lasting behavioral change depends on developing underlying emotional competencies.
Accelerated Learning
The program uses experiential learning, replacing traditional lectures with simulations, gamification, and applied improvisation. The framework incorporates brief, perspective-shifting exercises to support long-term retention and immediate behavioral change.
Each of the twelve modules follows an Emotional Intelligence Roadmap that guides participants through a structured self-assessment. This approach promotes active engagement and personal ownership, helping participants apply theoretical concepts to daily practices that enhance leadership and team collaboration.
Accountability
Accountability is the central theme of the initiative. The program uses 360-degree accountability partners and manager follow-ups to ensure new skills are consistently applied in the workplace. Between sessions, participants complete quests, which are real-world challenges that assess and strengthen their skills.
The program concludes with a final analysis, where learners retake assessments to measure progress and refine development plans for the coming year. By emphasizing daily reflection and continuous feedback, the program helps teams sustain lifelong learning and maintain the positive changes required to build an exceptional service culture.

Emotional Intelligence
This module explores Emotional Intelligence (EI), focusing on how to measure and improve it. Learners complete emotional and physical assessments and use the EI Roadmap for in-depth analysis. They then develop plans using activities from the EI Activity Guide. Future modules will build on this foundational content. The module also defines emotional intelligence and explains its importance for success across industries, especially in collaborative project delivery.
Relationship Skills
This module presents 12 steps for building and maintaining effective relationships in professional and personal settings. It highlights the value of relationships in life and work and offers strategies for building and sustaining connections from first meetings to long-term engagement. The module includes key relationship-building skills, practical exercises, and real-world applications. It also explores how relationships and networking can impact career success and well-being.
Communication Mastery
This module covers key communication principles, with a focus on strategies for managing challenges and resolving conflicts. It emphasizes developing skills in connecting, persuading, and influencing others, which helps build confidence, strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and support project goals. Participants will learn to use various communication tools to achieve clearer, more effective interactions in both professional and personal settings.
Powerful Presentations
This module provides strategies for mastering public speaking by managing perceptions of professionals. Participants focus on five key elements: face, voice, body movement, status, and energy, to enhance their impact. Actor-based preparation techniques build physical awareness and rhetorical skills to persuade and influence diverse audiences. The curriculum addresses scenarios from one-on-one interactions to technical rehearsals with props and visuals, preparing participants to connect authentically and ensuring their presence supports ongoing professional and personal success.
Time Management
This program uses Lean principles to enhance time management and align your daily activities with long-term objectives. By maintaining a detailed time log and assessing value, you will identify and eliminate inefficiencies in areas such as email and meetings. Addressing key questions about value and improvement, you will create a personalized system to reduce stress and boost productivity. This approach helps you dedicate more time to family and personal well-being, ensuring your work habits support your main goals.
Stress Management
The program begins with the Body Battery Inventory, which helps you assess stressors and recovery strategies. By examining physical and emotional symptoms of stress, you will understand how lifestyle choices impact performance and longevity. You will learn practical techniques, including mindfulness, meditation, and effective breathing, and explore the importance of nutrition, sleep, and exercise. By the end, you will create and apply a personalized stress-recovery plan to support your well-being and improve both performance and project results.
